The new Meyrin Foundation owns new buildings that are being built in the new neighborhood of Orchards in the territory of the commune of Meyrin. The project has 6 buildings with 261 units in total, including 10 units in PPE, 20 IEPA housing and 4 units for the Fondation Ensemble, as well as commercial premises (tea room, pharmacy, grocery, Montessori school, etc ...) and a nursery in PPE.

It is expected that the first building (B13) is completed by the summer of 2017 with as the first tenants at the date 01/07/2017. The Foundation wishes to give this real estate to manage a company active in the building management, therefore it organizes an open tender and subject to international agreements on public procurement for the allocation of a mandate management to a board for the entire housing stock.
