Emerson, Manitoba, Highway 75, Expansion and Redevelopment of the Emerson Port of Entry Work under this Contract will include, but is not limited to, the following at the Emerson Port of Entry, Emerson, Manitoba: the construction of three new dedicated Canada-bound commercial traffic lanes including Primary Inspection Line (PIL) booths and canopy; expanding and renovating the existing commercial examination facility, expanding the existing tertiary inspection garage, replacement of a standard PIL booth with a new bi-level PIL booth; provision of security cameras and enhanced exterior lighting; as more fully described in the Drawings and Specification.
