PCA would like to replace the current equipment they have as it is out of date and the new unit would be a smaller version of a similar machine to allow for easier access in the campgrounds and to be able to haul the equipment to various sites on the size of trailer currently owned.  The Tractor Loader Backhoe will be used to perform maintenance and construction work, primarily digging trenches and moving earth such as repairing broken water and sewer lines in campgrounds.  PCA requires this equipment on or before March 31, 2017.  All the deliverables must be on or before March 31, 2017.  A complete list of the mandatory performance specifications are detailed in solicitation document.  The requirement is subject to the provisions ofthe North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This solicitation combines an Invitation to Tender for the modernization of elevators construction project (Part A) and an Invitation to Tender for the subsequent long term elevatormaintenance services (Part B). Each part shall result in a separate contract, and both contracts will be awarded to a single contractor.
