Standing Offers will provide support to the Department of Fisheries and Oceans to continue the ongoing serving of jib cranes in the Newfoundland and Labrador Region. The province is divided into regions and bidders can bid on any or all regions. The term of the Standing Offer is for (2) years on an as and when required basis.
