There will be an optional site visit February 21, 2017 at 1:00pm. All interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of the Jean Canfield Building, 191 Great George Street, Charlottetown, PE. Although not mandatory, all contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of thework. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority 1 day before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders whodo not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Please note that this will be the only site visit for this project. No other site visits will be arranged during the tender period. Public Services and Procurement Canadahas a requirement for a contract, which consists ofthe following: Renovation and interior fit-up of common designated support space meeting rooms, located on the first floor of the Jean Canfield Building, 191 Great George Street, Charlottetown, PEI The Contractor shall perform and complete the work by May 31, 2017. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PSPC Project Number R.086261.003 forming part of the bid document. The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $250,000 to $500,000.
