All work is to be performed in accordance with the plansand specifications for PSPC Project Number R.079002.001 forming part of the bid document.  The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $250,000 to $500,000. Workincludes but is not limited to; Demolition of a portion of the building at the north of the Barn (also referred to as Building D) Relocation of underground storm water services Renovation to the existing Theatre to transform it into a Multi-Purpose Room Addition of a new Wood framed structure which will house the temporary Gift Shop with a full basement Renovations to the existing barn exhibit area to house the temporary Gift Shop storage space and washroom Replacement of all wood roof shingles on the Barn All associated Landscape, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical work  All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for Project Number: -R.081199.001 forming part of the bid document.
