The port of Aarhus has begun the establishment of the Omniterminal for storage of bulk cargoes.
Omniterminal Project Stage 1 deals with overall:
- Landfill in the hinterland, as well as pre-compaction with sand
- Dredging in front of the quayside and removal of the outer part of Vestre Bølgebryder
- Establishment of 430 m Kajindfatning incl. Crane foundations for rail-going cranes
- Sand filling of the quayside
- Coats and access roads in terminal area incl. wires
- Lighting systems and technical installations
- Cranes (not cleared)
- Buildings / warehouses (not cleared).
This contract includes coatings and access roads incl. Wiring, lighting systems (partly) and cabling for technical installations.
The contract comprises in essence:
ca. 70,000 m² of coating (mainly concrete coating on cement-stabilized gravel / granite slabs) and associated soil / wire work.
Frederikssund Municipality has initiated a development project concerning A new city located in Frederikssund Municipality, which will have a total area of approx. 370 ha. The city must accommodate approx. 20,000 inhabitants and approx. 4,000 new jobs, a new S-train station, school, daycare and other public facilities. In addition, infrastructure development of the area, including In terms of road network, energy supply, green areas, etc.
By contract notice 2016 / S 152-275057, the contracting entities offered a project comprising the sale of construction plans in Vinge with a related obligation to To establish a new S-train station, a new landscape bridge, public OPP areas, general housing, infrastructure, wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, private homes, businesses etc.
The project is being offered in cooperation between Frederikssund Municipality, Transport, Building and Housing Ministry of Banedanmark, Boligselskabet Rosenvænget, Frederikssund Spildevand A / S and Frederikssund Vand A / S (Contracting entities).
The project consists of an overall framework agreement and a cooperation agreement concerning Implementation of the project. In addition, the project consists generally of 7 subcontracts.
Subsection 1: Primary purchase agreement regarding Tenderer's purchase of building orders.
Subsection 2: OPP agreement regarding Construction and utilization, including design, design, construction, leasing, detailed maintenance, supply and financing of municipal areas located in Vinge Centrum.
Subcontract 3: Total Contract, comprising all works and deliveries in relation to the landscape bridge and infrastructure.
Subsection 4: The agreement includes retail design incl. CSM and construction of S-train station with lane technical facilities.
Subsection 5: Construction of public housing.
Subsection 6: Total Contract for Contracts Establishment of wastewater treatment plants.
Subsection 7: An Contract for Contracts Digging in connection with the establishment of water supply.
The City of Copenhagen wishes to acquire a new ESDH system for administrative management.This must be done through an agile / iterative implementation process, where the system is configured in conjunction with the necessary adjustments to the case processes.
After delivery of the solution, the Supplier must maintain the solution, cf. the Maintenance Agreement, which expires 4 years from the date of acquisition with option (s) in extension 2 + 2 years.

Overall, the requirements of the City of Copenhagen can be summarized in 3 main traces, which will form the basis for the upcoming procurement process of a new, overall ESDH system:A user-friendly, recognizable and intuitive system: The system must therefore bridge the gap between technology opportunities and users' prerequisites. A business-oriented system: It should support the fact that journalization and documentation in ESDH is not perceived as an annoying, difficult extra task - rather as a mandatory, fast and obvious task. The system must be able to be configured within the standard system, so it can be used for the types of cases that must be a professional system.
This means that the system must be able to be adapted and designed according to the scope, functions and workflows.
Tenderers are invited to the tender process for the award of a service contract for the tolling scheme for the project ‘Fjordforbindelsen Frederikssund’.
The project is currently under construction with a projected completion date of the end of October 2019. The Act of Construction defines that the toll collection for Fjordforbindelsen Frederikssund is to be carried out by means of an Open Road Tolling (ORT)/free flow system.

The purpose of the competitive dialogue is to clarify the technical, legal, and financial solutions the market can offer so as to ensure the needs and requirements of the contracting authority to be fulfilled within an acceptable financial framework.
It is expected that the competitive dialogue will be held over two rounds of bilateral meetings. The contracting authority reserves the right to possibly hold more rounds.

Lot 2 includes the establishment of Aarhus Island Recreational connection Nord in the main contract. The project is located centrally in Aarhus, and will be working near the field.
