The subject of this tender is the selection of an independent contractor, possessing professional qualification and practical experience in exercising construction supervision within the meaning of Art. 166 of the TDA, including preparation of an assessment of compliance with the basic requirements for the construction works, according to Art. 142, para. 4 of the Territorial Planning Act, including the "Constructive" part, according to Art. 142, para. 10 and para. 11 of the TDA, preparation of a technical passport and preparation of conformity assessment, ensuring the lawful execution of the works and permitting the use of the objects from the scope of the public procurement.

- Responsibility to prepare a final report to the contracting authority upon completion of construction - installation works;
- Liability for damages inflicted to the sponsor and other participants in construction and several liability for damages caused by breach of technical rules and regulations and the approved projects.
- Ensure a permanent presence of its representatives on site during the time which perform construction works.
Construction supervision shall be exercised in accordance with TDA and applicable regulations. The person exercising construction supervision shall sign all acts and protocols during construction, acc. Decree № 3 of 31.7.2003 of Works; Performing the role of coordinator for safety and health at the stage of execution of the work according to the requirements of Art. 5 para. 3 of the Decree № 2 of 2004 on minimum health and safety in carrying out construction works; Prepares technical passport of the object in resp.
