The subject of the contract is the development of a central part of the town of Radnevo.
When executing the order, all the requirements of the Technical Specification (Annex 1 to the procurement documentation) must be observed.
The construction works must be executed in accordance with a prepared investment project (Annex 2 to the Public Procurement Document), in compliance with the requirements of all current laws, regulations and norms concerning the implementation of such projects.
The main objective of the working investment project is to improve the attractiveness of the city and the quality of life, to provide new opportunities for social and ecological development by renovating the spaces with an updated vision, tailored to the specifics of the city, preserving and further developing the positive features on the territory.
Subject of the contract is development of the central part of town. Radnevo.
When performing the contract must comply with all requirements of the Technical Specification (Appendix № 1 to the documentation for the contract).
CMP must be completed in accordance with a working investment project (Appendix № 2 to the public procurement documentation) in compliance with all applicable at present laws, rules and regulations regarding the implementation of projects of this nature.
The main objective of the prepared working investment project is to improve the attractiveness of the city and quality of life, provide new opportunities for social and environmental development by updating the space with an updated vision consistent with the specifics of the city, maintain and develop the positive characteristics on the territory.
Construction works include development of:
- square space in front of the municipal administration g. Radnevo and building ObTsK "Noncho Vodenitcharov" - represents UPI IV - 5783, kv. 61 with an area of 12,574 square meters
- the central promenade / park / - represents UPI V - 382 kv. 79 with an area of 5028 square meters

Specific objectives of the project:
- Creation of a renewed urban environment;
- Improving and increasing the green system in the central part of the city;
- Build or restore recreational areas with playgrounds and park equipment;

- Reconstruction and rehabilitation of elements of alley network;
- Providing an accessible environment for people with disabilities and their socialization;
- Energy savings from the introduction of energy saving landscape lighting.
