The contract relates to the redevelopment of the Gazometersite, located at the Gazometerstraat 1-7, 3800 Sint-Truiden, which is owned by AGOST. The contract relates to the construction of various structures, namely the creation / realization of: 2154 sqm, 7085 sqm, 3700 sqm, 9207 sqm, 2819 sqm, 70 sqm, 1146 sqm. 26 181 sqm. The matter has been granted planning permission on 03/27/2014 by the Regional Planning Officer (ref .: GSA: 8.00 / 71053 / 19980195.8). The contractor shall in principle as a supervisor / contractor, as will be detailed in the specifications, in charge of the building until provisional acceptance of the mentioned structures. The contractor will thereby be obliged to set up these structures in accordance with the design, technical (performance) specifications, the plans drawn up by the AGOST / Kabost and its architects, engineering firm (s) and / or engineers. In particular, respective contracts to be closed. The creation of the welfare campus: Regarding the achievement of the first two floors of the welfare Campus (office-like environment) the AGOST will assign a (free) building rights to the promoter / contractor and a promotional contract for services work close (the supervisor / contractor will pre-finance the work until the completion of construction) and then AGOST welfare campus decreases at a fixed price. The realization and market risk lies with the promoter / contractor (see paragraph .5.). The establishment of school: The buildings will have achieved by the supervisor against an absolute standard price and this for the construction of a building according to the specifications and plans. The promoter will pre-finance the work until the completion of the construction after the structures surcharge will be transferred to the AGOST that acquires the right to build. The creation of the youth campus: AGOST will assign an adoption of work on the promoter / contractor for the creation of the youth campus. The creation of underground parking: AGOST will assign an adoption of work on the promoter / contractor for the realization of the underground garage. The achievement of the apartments: The realization and market risk lies with the promoter / contractor.
