The market is, firstly, to design and build on land currently owned by the SLSP The Home Ougréen a minimum of 149 and a maximum of 184 units and, secondly, to finance and market the private housing component . The market has two components: The 10 units of the conditional phase will be erected, if the plant is strengthened and that the necessary funding was obtained at the time of the consolidation of the wafer, in phase 3 of the project which is a < lot reserved> in the permit urbanization, this private component is financed and directed by the private partner in its peril.
