Project description:

The Lovie association wishes to create a new building (homes) on the grounds of the Lovie, Krombeekseweg 82, Poperinge.

The homes are designed to stay (day and night centers) youth (12 -25 years) with severe and profound mental disabilities and associated problems (behavioral and physical impairments).

There are a total of 32 bedrooms, 4 studios and space for additional day care for 24 youngsters. We see this translated into 4 units (dwellings). In every house there is place for 8 rooms, one studio, common areas (kitchen, living room, storage rooms, ....) And enough additional space for about 6 young people only daytime activities. The four units are connected to each other.

On the location of the new building, the possible demolition of an existing building construction and function of the number of floors is currently consulting Heritage ongoing since the domain's Lovie is listed as a protected village.

If the legislation permits, a VIPA file for this construction is submitted.

Conduct proceedings:

The selected candidates will be available to the full specifications, with a more detailed look at the construction program and the expectations of the client: be will be asked then to them among other things to provide a plan with timeline and a price proposal in their tender. They will also be invited to an oral presentation of their proposal on the grounds of De Lovie association. For this, no payment be made: there are therefore no detailed plans or similar expected in detail.
