Work to be done in two distinct phases:
- P1: construction of a sports hall;
- P2: demolition of existing buildings and construction of a school building.
The contract is for a joint contract for the appointment of a project author (architects, engineers in special techniques, health and safety coordinator ...) for a complete study mission and monitoring arrangements work near the Gare de Mouscron.
The completion of Route Wool (RN518) will allow the removal of the heavy traffic and transit in front of the Gare de Mouscron and will make possible a complete redevelopment of this multimodal space.
This joint market stems from a tripartite agreement between:
The City of Mouscron, represented by Mr. Alfred Gadenne, Mayor and Mr. Christian Delaere, CEO
hereinafter referred to as "the city of Mouscron"
and, second hand,
The public service of Wallonia via operational branch of roads and buildings, represented by Etienne Willame, CEO,
hereinafter referred to as "the DGO1" and specifically the direction of Mons roads,
The Walloon Regional Transport Company (SRWT), represented by Mr. Vincent Peremans, deputy head
The City of Mouscron being designated as contracting authority for the 3 partners.
Assignment of work:
A. completion of the 5 classes, a workshop, an infirmary and 2 sanitary blocks
administrative offices B. (staff room, hall, bathroom, secretarial, executive office), sanitary blocks (boys and girls) and the garage of the concierge
C. realization of new siding facades of the South East (of 1 playground) and South West (on playground 2)
D. Work on the North West façade (rue Adhémar Vandenplassche) including the lowering of the existing facade, the decline in new façade following new alignment, access to the basement with a staircase to two flights, d a storage room and all the immediate surroundings associated with the development of a new semi-public space and the construction of a retaining wall (concrete wall)
E. amenities around (Cotton Street) including the boundary wall on the property line and forming, in part, the garden of the concierge, the realization of the awning over the courtyard and the rack for bicycles and the portal 'Entrance
F. realization bleachers and canopy backed the gym and demolition of existing silos and development of the surroundings
G. dynamic development of the surroundings and recreation courses
