This contract is a financial services within the meaning of Annex II A of the Act of 15.6.2006, category 6, b) Banking and investment services. This market is a single indivisible market. It aims to finance a school building project in the amount of € 1,176,880 for purchases, construction, equipment and management, repackaging, compliance of school buildings ( to the title of the work included the dispatch), the organizing authority is itself the owner. The terms are more fully described in the technical requirements below. The borrower is the contracting authority named above. Borrowing to cover this type of investment benefit of the conditions set by the decree of 02.05.1990 on school buildings non-university education organized or subsidized by the French Community. As such they receive under certain conditions: 1. Grant of the capital refund guarantee, interest and accessories of loans taken to finance the purchase, construction, development works, modernization and expansion and the initial equipment of buildings for schools, psychological, medical and social or subsidized boarding centers; 2. The granting of credits for the same interest in a grant equal to the difference between 1.25 per cent and the interest rate to pay for the loans. The subsidy is paid directly to the financial institution. This folder has received an agreement from the principle of the guarantee fund of the Management Board of school buildings dated 01.06.2015.
