Subject of the sale process is the recovery of a 99-year building lease on the plot of the current construction of 3 Tobacco Factory Linz with a floor area of approx. 10 900 m
2, Awards shall be made to the highest bidder principle. The highest bidder is based on the construction law implemented following the procedure at your own risk an architectural landmark project and exploit.

The planned sale process is subject to express either the 2006 or the BVerG
EU procurement directives and that they therefore do not apply.
The seller is not entitled to realization of the Landmark project.
