He must be capable ofmaking sound judgments based onthe available information, relevant experience, and case histories. The facilitator should beskilled in leading a DSRP Team, overseeing risk assessment aspects of the project, and advising on the integration of dam safetyrisk issues with business risk considerations in dam design and construction. The Government of Albaniahas received financing in the amountof EUR 31 million equivalents from the World Bank toward the cost of the Water Resources and Irrigation Project, and intends toapply part of the proceeds for consulting services. Theconsulting services ("the Services") include the supervision of the Civil Works Contract for the rehabilitation of Irrigationschemes that cover a designated command area not less than 20.000 ha (to be determined  subject to the ongoing feasibility study and engineering designs) includingreviewing, monitoring, inspection, and reporting activities of standard construction supervision. The supervision contractimplementation period is estimated tobe during the period September 2016 - June 2017. The Ministryof Agriculture, Rural Development and Water Administration (MARDWA) now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") toindicate their interest in providing theServices. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they havethe required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
