Issuance of the license, implementation and maintenance of a uniform management system a uniform and automated management system can supplement and support this way of working. Current 2.1.Situation Notifications: Notifications are currently stored and processed in different ways (BP-Beter, BP-Helpdesk NIRAS-ICT Helpdesk, BP-Audit, Excel lists, Vignette, NBdoc, Alfresco). These documents are kept in different places. Risk Management: Today, the risks are manually processed through various reports and notes distributed in both organizations. Audits, security checks and other inspections Today, audits, security checks and other inspections are planned, monitored and documented in notes at different locations. KPI: Today, KPIs are documented and kept in separate notes in both organizations (separate systems for NIRAS and Belgoprocess). Reservations and internal controls: Today, shared vehicles, laptops, meeting rooms ... are reserved on the Intranet, ONDRAF agenda and the agenda Outlook (without synchronization). 2.2.Situation desired A central system (NIRAS / Belgoprocess) must allow automated tracking, consistent, structured and systematic for: Specific information may be required and others may be responsible according to the notification type. Support to meetings (with calendar, participants, minutes, supporting documents and action points) is desired. (Outlook link).
