Offerings include: - Lot A (work clothing, safety clothing and corporate clothing) - Lot B (safety footwear and normal working footwear) - Lot C (footwear for nursing and kitchen staff). Offering does not apply to clothing for nursing and kitchen staff and gloves. The lots are briefly described below. Offering far as further described in the tender documents sent to the shortlisted candidates. Lot A (work clothing, safety clothing and corporate clothing) Lot A comprises: - Work Clothing such as work jackets, work pants, shorts, overalls, coveralls, shirts, sweatshirts, T-shirts, rain gear, etc. - Protective clothing according to EN20471 and ISO 11611 - Profile Clothing eg men's trousers, women's pants, shirts, blouses, etc. Aarhus Municipality estimated total consumption of labor, safety and corporate clothing covered by the tender form annually approximately 1.7 million. Exc. VAT. The primary use is on workwear and safety clothing. The number of people who either uses labor, safety or corporate clothing every year is approx. 800 people. On Partial A wish that one supplier, and the supply will result in a sole supplier agreement. That is a commercial agreement between one supplier and the municipality of Aarhus on that lot. Lot B (safety footwear and normal working footwear) Lot B comprises: - Safety footwear according to EN20345 - Ordinary working footwear. Aarhus's estimated total consumption of safety footwear and work footwear included in the tender form annually about 1 million. Exc. VAT. From which it breaks down as approx. 740 000 DKK in safety footwear, ca. 240 000 DKK on plain work footwear and approx. 20 000 on accessories. The number of people who either use safety footwear or regular work shoes every year is approx. 700 people. Lot C (footwear for nursing and kitchen staff) Lot C include: - "White shoes" (care / health / cooking / cleaning - inside / outside - wet / dry area). Aarhus municipality estimated total consumption of 'white shoes' included in the tender form annually approx. 250 000 DKK excl. VAT. On Partial B and C Municipality wishes 3 suppliers, and supply will result in a mandatory framework. That is, Aarhus Municipality enter into a trade agreement with the three suppliers in the concerned area. Aarhus municipality institutions, etc.. are required to use one of the agreements. Clothing, footwear, luggage articles and accessories parliament expects to offer our need for working clothes at the start of the 2nd half of 2014. Purpose of the upcoming tender is to find the Parliamentary coming supplier / contractors for supply of workwear for the next 4 years. The offering is expected divided into 3 lots. It concluded a framework agreement with one supplier per. lot. It may be one source of 1, 2 or 3 lots. We are in dialogue with the various groups in parliament about their wishes for future work clothes.
