Nature of Requirements: Multi Threat CBRN Suits and Training Suits
To supply and deliver thirty (30) Multi Threat Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) and ten (10) Training Suits to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, “D” Division, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Request for Proposal.
Delivery Date: Initial Multi Threat CBRN and Training Suits are requested to be delivered within six (6) weeks from award of contract; but no later than August 30, 2016. With the option to purchase up to 115 Multi Threat CBRN Suits under the same terms and conditions within a thirty six month period from contract award.
There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
