The Danish Defence and Acquisition Organization (DALO) has awarded a framework agreement regarding military combat uniforms, together with the corresponding under and middle layer clothing. The military combat uniform system must provide the optimal conditions for the soldiers in order to operate in the climate zones and terrain areas where the Danish Defence are expected to operate.

The military combat uniform system must reduce the climates impact on the soldier as well as provide a passive protection against identification by enemies reducing the effect of the enemy's weapons along with protection from wild life, insects and the like. The military combat uniform system together with the corresponding under and middle layer clothing is worn in climates with temperatures from -25 to + 50 celsius degrees.

The military combat uniform is typically worn together with protective gear in the form of a fragmentation protective vest and matching accessory bags.

The military combat uniforms are to be made in accordance with DALO specifications and design in a fabric consisting either of cotton and polyester or cotton and polyamide.

In addition to this, the tenderer shall be able to deliver individual products in a fire resistant fabric and clothing to withstand water (rain gear).

Furthermore, the tenderer shall be able to deliver the military combat uniform in a Permethrin treated fabric in order to protect the soldier from insects.

All fabric must be in compliance with DALO specifications and must be delivered in MultiCam® camouflage pattern with NIR (Near InfraRed) protection.

The framework agreement encompasses:

A: Military combat uniforms;

B: Regular military uniforms, such as short and long jacket, short and long pants, overalls, rain-wear, combat-shirt and accessories as field cap and hood;

C: Regular work-wear, such as overalls, jackets, pants and shirts;

D: MultiCam® fabric by the meter.

Rescue uniform will be used in connection with the daily service at DEMA centers as well as the technical school in Tinglev. Rescue uniform will also be used as work attire for most rescue missions and a variety of other operational tasks that do not require the protection against fire, as the normal action suit provides. The offered parts of the rescue uniform is jacket and pants that make up the outer layer of the rescue uniform. Rescue uniform will be used in conjunction with, among other t-shirt, thermal underwear, shirt, pullover and headgear. Rammeaftelen is not exclusive and does not contain terms about minimum off. Subsection 1 comprises two types of two-piece motorcycle suits; one for summer use and one for winter use, as well as summer and winter gloves for motorcycle use. Driving suits and gloves are expected to be standard products, which should not be developed specifically for Danish police.

Part 2 includes coat vests to pull out a black civil motorcycle suit, which is to be developed specifically for Danish police.

It is a requirement of Subsection 2 that the supplier and all who assist the Supplier in relation to the Framework Agreement, including staff and subcontractors, must be eligible for security clearance to a level as required by the Police Security Authority. This security approval must be maintained in the term of the framework agreement.

Danish police need a vest for pulling over a black civil motorcycle suit. These vests must be developed specifically for Danish police.

The consumption in the framework agreement's maturity is expected to amount to 1 000 coatings. It is emphasized that it is purely an estimate and that the police are not obliged to reduce a certain volume.

For the purpose of organizing a future range of workwear, the Contractor wishes to have a prior technical dialogue with potential tenderers.

The contracting entity thus wishes to withdraw the market and receive comments and proposals for a draft part of the tender documents, in particular requirements specifications.

Subsequently, the Contractor expects to complete a tender negotiating a 4-year framework agreement.

This offer deals with different types of workwear for different staff groups in the individual boards. Parts of the clothing are common to 2 or more of the boards.

Personnel groups may include include: Agricultural inspection staff, fishery control, fishery control vessels, including staff serving on the bridge, in the machine, on the tire and in the galleys, food and veterinarians, office workers / craftsmen and forest workers. The contracting entity estimates that there are around 2,000 employees at the Ordregiver, as in the daily user some kind of workwear.
