Object of this contract: purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning attire dispensers, clothes collecting machines and clothes closets issue.
Delivery and installation can begin 01.12.2017 for not basement portion (OK and delivery room), from 01.01.2018 is also the basement accessible, this after consultation with the project construction. All machines should use (ie ready to be loaded, giving out clothes and take) to be 03.01.2018.
Provisional acceptance will take place at the first service in particular. (Presumably in July 2018)
This contract includes the purchase, delivery, installation, installation, implementation, employing contention and maintaining a clothing dispenser for hanging clothes with matching attire intake machine and two clothes issue cabinets for the OR and delivery room with matching attire intake machines.
When moving in the new building (presumably October 2018) the successful tenderer will grant at least 3 days onsite assistance especially to ensure a smooth employed.
Each machine will be provided with a laminated instruction card at each logon, import and distribution point (max. 1 A4) in consultation with the ordering board.
