The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement for Building & Grounds Maintenance Services at Tionesta Lake, Tionesta, PA. The services include, but are not limited to, grass mowing and maintenance of landscaped areas, tree/stump removal, pesticide application, cleaning services and trash removal, environmental protection and raw sewage, sludge and solid waste removal.

The estimated cost of this acquisition, including option years, is between
$ 250,000 and $ 500,000.00.
The Government intends to solicit as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for an IDIQ, Requirements type service contract. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The Period of Performance will be for one (1) base year and two (2) option years. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued approximately 20 November 2015 through Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov), therefore, requests for hardcopies of the solicitation will not be honored.
