The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Shady Creek and Lock & Dam 16 Recreation Areas. The solicitation is a request for quotes and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code 561110 will apply with a size standard of $7.5 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsbile offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, Technical Capability, and Past Performance. PLEASE NOTE: SOLICITATION NUMBER IS FA4460-15-T-0024 NOT FA4460-15-P-0024--The 19th Airlift Wing, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099 intends to issue a competitive Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), contract for Hood and Duct Systems Cleaning Service for Little Rock AFB, Arkansas. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to furnish all labor, parts, tools, material, facilities, and transportation necessary to conduct preventive maintenance cleanings of the hood and duct systems at Little Rock AFB. Work shall be scheduled with each building manager, shift supervisor, or user and coordinated, as needed, with the appointed government personnel. Upon notice to proceed, the contractor shall establish a schedule of work for the initial cleaning by making the necessary arrangements with each building manager. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE identified by North American Industry System Classification (NAICS) Code 561790 and a size standard of $7.5 million dollars. Z--Building 15 HVAC Repair/Replacement

Child Development Center, Building 15 HVAC repair/replacement. The existing HVAC system is oversized and does not provide proper temperature and humidity control. This project will replace and upgrade the system to accomplish these two requirements. Project includes but is not limited to; work on chilled/hot water fan coil units, work on hot water boilers (to match manufacturer's installation requirements), revising piping duct work and controls, work on hot water heaters, extension of boiler pump/mechanical room. General Electrical work is required. General construction services are required in addition to HVAC work. Extensive and Specific cleaning is required; disinfecting, dusting vacuuming and shampooing of carpets in all work areas is required. Due to the project located in a child center all work is required to be completed on weekends, no weekday work will be allowed. Estimated magnitude of construction is $250,000.00 - $500,000.00. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or around May 7, 2015.

This is a non-personal services contract to have the ducting cleaned on the 3 HVAC duct systems at the Norfork Power Plant and the 5 HVAC duct systems at the Bull Shoals Power Plant. The ducts will have to be penetrated for access, inspected, cleaned, and access doors installed to reseal the systems. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
