The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA786-15-R-0095 for the following service: The intent of an awarded contract shall be to perform Shrine Project at Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY 11735 Contractor shall furnish all equipment, parts, materials, labor and supervision necessary to (i) Hand digging of inspection pit, (ii) furnish / install reinforced concrete Headstone Grid Support System, (iii) Raise, Lower, Realign, Reset & Backfill standard Upright Marble Headstones onto new Headstone Grid Support System, (iv) clean upright headstones, and (v) renovate turf with sod at the Long Island National Cemetery, 2040 Wellwood Ave. Farmingdale, NY 11735. Term of the contract shall be twenty four (24) months from date of award. The Contractor will complete all work within estimated time of 730 calendar days (24 months) after receipt of Notice of Award, subject to all terms, conditions, provisions, and schedules of the contract. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 812220. Size standard is $20.5 Million.
