Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust requires Window Cleaning Services for its premises throughout Dorset and surrounding areas. There will be 5 lots based on geographical locations:- •Poole, Bournemouth & Christchurch •Dorchester, Bridport, Portland &Weymouth •Wimborne & St. Leonards (Ringwood) •Swanage & Wareham •Shaftesbury & Blandford Forum The services to be performed shall include, but not be limited to, cleaning of all fixed and operable windows and their surrounds/sills; block, glass doors, panels, velux windows, reflective glass surfaces, canopies, skylights and their surrounds (sills, frames and gullies etc). The successful supplier shall furnish all necessary labour, equipment, supplies and materials and other accessories, services and facilities required to perform the service.

During the works, the car park is to remain operational and open to the public. The contractor will be permitted to close the number of spaces specified in the Specification. Tenderers are required to price two options: Option 1 and Option 2. The additional work associated with Option 2 is clearly differentiated within the Specification. Tenderers should note that Authority's decision to award on the basis of Option 1 or Option 2 has a dependency on additional funding linked to Legal and General's wider imminent decision to invest in the refurbishment of the Dolphin Shopping Centre. Options 1 and 2 are the same in so far as the works for both comprise the following: Refurbishment of Levels A to G including: •	Cleaning of all concrete surfaces •	Concrete repairs to floors, soffits, columns and walls •	Application of anti Carbonation Coatings and Painting of concrete surfaces to include soffits, columns and walls •	Decorative coating to columns •	Installation of new lighting to all decks •	Ancillary works - replacement of pedestrian barriers, signs etc. Options 1 and 2 vary in so far as the works for Option 2 only additionally comprise the following: • Application of liquid applied coatings to deck levels A to G including ramps.
