During the execution of the work, as a result of carrying Scraping it found that portions of the walls of the monastery (body cells, bell tower and north wall) are attacked by a fungus. Therefore, the appearance of areas affected by biological attack was detected after stripping old mortar and masonry cleaning (works executed according to specifications of the technical project). These areas represent only 6-7% of the total plaster stripped and refurbished according to the project. In other areas that were not affected, plasters were executed under the project, leaving a perimeter area of approx. 1 m between the infested areas clean.
