Statsbygg requests tenders for framework agreements involving cleaning services for:
— Statsbygg hovedkontor, Biskop Gunnerus gt. 6., 0155 OSLO. Statsbygg rents five of the upper floors located in Byporten. Regular cleaning;
— Gimle Terrasse 5 and 7, Oslo. The cleaning of two stairs with back stairs at a specified property in Oslo.
A contract for cleaning services for the Norwegian National Rail Directorate The contract mainly includes locations at the Railway Museum in Hamar, the Norwegian Railway Academy premises in Oslo as well as 2 floors at the Post Building in Oslo are also included in the framework agreement. The framework agreement will also include an option for expanding the area with up to 100 %, which means that the remaining locations in the Norwegian National Rail Directorate can enter into the framework agreement. Included in the latter is then possible new locations. The options may not be triggered.
The framework agreement period is one (1) year with option for one (1) year + one (1) + one (1) year prolongation of the contract.
Norges Bank shall enter into framework agreement for the hire, cleaning and washing of textiles connected to the business's meeting and representation activities, including serviettes and table cloths etc. The framework agreement also comprises hire and washing of towels. The need for washing and cleaning of textiles depends on the business's meeting and representation activities, more textile types than those defined in the tender documentation can therefore be added to the framework agreement during the agreement period.
Norges Bank has an option in the framework agreement for the washing of curtains. This involves taking down, washing
and hanging of curtains, as well as transport to and from Norges Bank. There is approximately 4 000 m² of curtains that would require cleaning each year if the option is used.
This procurement is for the installation of cleaning services for Railway Directorate. Essentially, there are locations Jernbanemuseet in Hamar and train school in Oslo and two floors of Posthuset in Oslo which will be included in the framework agreement. However, there will be an option in the framework agreement may be extended by up to 100% of the area so that other of Jernbanedirketoratet their locations can join it. Included in the latter is then possible new locations. It is not certain it will be triggered options.
The framework agreement has a duration of one (1) year, with an option for one (1) year + one (1) year + one (1) year.
Norges Bank shall enter into an agreement for hire, cleaning and washing services linked to the meeting - and representation activities, including napkins and tablecloths, etc. The framework agreement also includes rental and washing of towels. Needs cleaning and the type of fabric depends on the business meeting - and representation activities, several kind of fabrics than defined in the tender documents can thus be given the framework agreement during the agreement period.
Norges Bank has an option in the framework agreement for washing curtains. This includes dismantling, wash
and suspension of curtains, as well as transportation to and from Norges Bank. There are an estimated total of about 4.000m2 curtains that using the option must be cleaned every year.
The procurements apply to targets and accessories thereof, including cleaning patches and stickers. Option for the procurement of steel targets.
There is a need for land acquisition services at the Project Unit to the Infrastructure Division in the Central Area, primarily for the level crossing project that includes safety measures at Røros-/Solørbanen, Dovre-/Raumabanen, Trønder-/Meråkerbanen and Nordlandsbanen in accordance with the ‘Combined plan for closure and securing of level crossings’. The measures consist of level crossings and improving of the level crossing that will remain to achieve a minimum level of safety.
There will also be a need for acquisition services in connection with other projects in the area, such as preparation of ballast cleaning, substructure projects and clearing of vegetation etc.
The agreement shall meet UiO's requirements for work clothes and protective footwear.
The work clothes shall be used by the Property Department's employees conducting practical and operational related tasks. UiO's works technicians, operations managers, cleaners, cleaning managers, museum and event guards, some project managers and employees in the Park Section, the Courier and repro central, as well as the Guard and alarm central, use work clothes for execution of their works.
General information on the building project
The project's gross area is 54 600 m². The project is situated at ‘Vestbanetomten’ at the City Hall Square in Oslo. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property is mainly carrying out the project with joint NS-8405 contracts. K603 is one of a total of 19 major contracts.

The new National Museum shall furnish a total of 11 magazines in the new building.
Gross area: approx. 7,000 m2. The furnished area is estimated to approx. 4 500 m². The magazines are distributed over the following floors:
— Basement (1st basement )
— Ground floor (ground floor)
—1st floor (1st floor)
— 2nd floor (2nd floor)
— 3rd floor (3rd floor)

The assignment consists of 3 parts:
— Detailed engineering design services
— Track laying in accordance with the progress plan, approved by the Directorate of Public Construction and Property.
— Delivery, installation, cleaning and testing magazine furnishings in accordance with the progress plan approved by the Directorate of Public Construction and Property.
— Trail operation and service.
VAV shall construct new clean water basins with a storage capacity of 100 000 m³ connected to Oset water treatment facility. This will be done by blasting 4 rock halls that will be fitted out with free-standing basins in concrete cast on site. In addition a traverse hall shall be established for pipes and access between the new and existing installations and for new access from the open air into the new clean water basins. The project also includes technical installations such as pipes, valves, drainage pumps, HVAC, electro and SRO.
This procurement is for the rock and concrete work in the project, called the main contract and executed as an execution contract in accordance with NS 8405.
The main contract will include the following site work:
— The establishment of an access tunnel of approx. 250 m, with securing, road and drainage.
— Blasting rock halls and a traverse hall with a total volume of approx. 290 000 m³.
— Sawing the execution of the existing installations.
— Construction of 4 free-standing concrete basins, including cover and coating. Volume approx. 17 000 m³ concrete.
— Concrete foundations in the traverse hall and completion work at the end of the development.
— All the necessary securing work, bolts and injections in the rock halls.
— Establishment of barracks.
— Completion work for the existing site road between Oset and Maridalsveien, footpath and parking area.
The site start for the main contract is provisionally set to the end of June 2017.
VAV will build new water basins with storage capacity 100,000 m3 affiliated Oset water treatment. This is done by blasting of 4 caverns which fitted with freestanding pools of poured concrete. In addition, it established a cross-hall for piping and access routes between new and existing facilities and a new access from the day and into the new clean water pools. The project also includes technical facilities such as pipelines, valves, drainage pumps, plumbing, electrical and SRO.
This procurement includes rock and concrete work Eidene project, named as the main contract and is an execution contracts in compliance with NS 8405.
The main contract will include the following construction works:
• Establishment of an access tunnel of approximately 250 m with fuse, roadway and drainage
• blasting of rock caverns and cross hall with a total volume of approximately 290 000 m3
• Sawing of implementation to existing facilities
• Construction of 4 detached pools in concrete including fabric and coating. Volume ca. 17,000 m3 of concrete.
• Concrete foundations in the cross hall and completion operations at the end of expansion
• All necessary safety work, bolts and injection in rock caverns
• The establishment of rigging areas
• Completion Work related to existing construction road between Oset and Maridalsveien, walking trail and parking area
Construction start for the main contract is tentatively set to end in June 2017.
There is a need for land acquisition services by Project Unit for Infrastructure Division at Area Central, mainly the level crossing project incorporating safeguards in the Røros / Solør Line, Dovre / Raumabanen, Trønder- / Meråkerbanen and Nordlandsbanen according to "Plan for closure and securing level crossings". These measures consist in eliminating crossings and improvement of the level crossings will remain to achieve a basic level of security.
In addition there will be a need for land acquisition services in connection with other projects in the area, as preparatory ballast cleaning, the building projects and vegetation tidy etc.
The agreement shall cover the University's needs for workwear and safety footwear.
Work clothes used by all property section staff with practical operational tasks. University their operations technicians, operations managers, cleaners, cleaning managers, museum and event guards, some project managers and employees of the Park Section, Couriers and Reprosentralen and security and alarm center uses clothes during the performance of their work.
Purpose and extent
The competition is for agreement on framework for high-pressure cleaning of pipes, digging and service contracts for waste wells. The framework agreement has an estimated value of $ 2,000,000, - excluding VAT per year. For further information please refer to Section 2, Description.
Employer intends to conclude an agreement with one supplier. The framework agreement has an estimated total value of 2.000 000 NOK per year. Principal stresses that the figures are only estimates and that the actual volume may vary from year to year. The estimate is not binding on the principal. One of the hallmarks of a framework agreement is that the specific assignment and volume are not specified at the signing of the framework agreement. These assumptions are the core of the premises for the framework agreements. Call off takes place as the principal demand materializes. This condition is known by both parties and involves a risk that the workload will differ - both positively and negatively. Contractor must be aware that changes in economic and / or political conditions may cause the estimated number of missions will increase / decrease.
