Oases intends to select a Subscriber, which by July 2016 (Phase 1), the following is achieved: - the current measuring equipment serving the riser height is replaced (total about 357 to about 228 sites); - Maintenance, including coils (all locations) and major maintenance (approximately 50 locations) is performed at the rising level monitoring network. Objective: After completion of Phase 1 is supplied by reliable data tenderer. Under the measuring equipment is understood to mean all the hardware needed to implement the piezometric (sensors), and to log the raw data and to read out. Under heavy maintenance means all activities necessary to deliver reliable data; For example, the collection and cleaning of protective sleeves and storm drains and replace failed components such as locks and fasteners. Following completion of phase 1 is followed for 5 years (Phase 2) also the maintenance of the lift height monitoring network run by the tenderer. Bidder at this stage be responsible for the maintenance of the monitoring network, the correct functioning of the equipment and the delivery of reliable data. Oases will validate the submitted data itself, this is the necessary software already owned.
