The Luxembourg government intends to award the design / planning, new construction, financing (during the construction phase as well as long term) and operation of the Technical High School in Luxembourg, Bonnevoie (future Lycée Gabriel Lippmann) for 25 years to a single private partner in a PPP project.
The future high school must be completed and put into operation for the 2020/2021 school year. The construction program is characterized by a wide range of facilities dedicated to a multitude of training activities. In total, a minimum net usable area of about 23 000 m
2must be conducted.
The construction of buildings up to their commissioning and running the operation will be performed on the basis of functional specifications. The operation of the entire project, maintenance and building maintenance, cleaning and supply, and waste management will be assumed by the private partner for a period of 25 years following the completion phase .
