Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Cleaning services for Nexus Tyne and Wear Transport Authority.
This opportunity is split between two lots. Lot 1 Cleaning of Offices and Lot 2 Cleaning of Bus Interchanges and Travelshops.

Supply and delivery of Cleaning Materials and Associated Products to numerous sites across the geographical area of The Metropolitan Borough of North Tyneside and under the governance of North Tyneside Council. This includes a separate lot for the supply to an Outdoor Centre based in the Lake District, Cumbria.
Supply and delivery required to in the region of 200 sites within North Tyneside.
Supply and delivery of Cleaning and related products to site.
The supply of cleaning machines, machine servicing and testing and any related goods/services for school cleaning, school kitchens, public building cleaning, Your Homes Newcastle, Leazes Homes and Byker Trust.
Provision of building cleaning services for the communal areas at a single site at Scrogg Road, Newcastle upon Tyne
The City Council is intending to procure a number of cleaning machines to replace a number of units which need to be replaced. We are looking to purchase upright vacuum cleaners, tub vacuums, extraction cleaning machines, small-large scrubber driers, buffing machine and wet and dry pick up machines.
In addition we require a supplier to provide consumable items, training and maintenance support.
The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at Esher College.
Situated in NE Surrey, Esher College is an oversubscribed, open access sixth form College. The College is rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted and has an impressive track record in delivering high levels of student achievement.
The tender project is seeking to appoint a Contractor whose initiative and innovation will be welcomed for the provision of service within the existing facilities for the 1 874 students on roll and 165 teaching and support staff. The College would wish the successful contractor to review the current level of service offered and make recommendations accordingly.
The contract being tendered is for three years in duration from 12.7.2017 to 11.7.2020 and will operate as a Guaranteed Performance Contract, with the successful Contractor offering the College a guaranteed cost per annum for the provision of cleaning services.
The College year is based on a calendar of 195 days. Five days are to be used for staff professional development which means that the College will be open to receive students for approximately 190 days.
The contract offered covers the scope for the provision of all cleaning services within the College, which is currently set at 50 hours per day covering a single site over 10 306 square metres. (Please see Map and Square Meterage analysis provided within the PQQ Documentation.)
Whilst the College prioritises value for money as a key objective of the Competitive Tender Process, the Governing body is not obliged to accept the lowest price.
