This contract is for the maintenance of existing stormwater systems and during the project to ensure their operation. The benefits provided under the contract include: periodic cleaning operations of the devices, replacement of damaged or obsolete parts, visual inspections and television including the provision of reports, the corresponding temporary signage. The technical specifications for the realization of the benefits are listed in notebook special technical clauses. The expected date of commencement of services is scheduled for June 2017. It is an indication to candidates.
This consultation is passed in the form of an open tender under Articles 66 to 68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.
It will result in the conclusion of a framework agreement to purchase orders within the meaning of Article 78 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.
The contract will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders within the meaning of Article 80 of the Decree.
Total orders for the initial term of the contract is between the minimum and maximum defined as follows:
Annual Minimum Amount: 50 000 EUR HT.
Annual maximum amount: 200 000 EUR excluding VAT.
The amounts will be identical to the renewal terms of the market.
Order forms will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required.
Benefits will be paid on the basis of unit price set at the unit price schedule.
