Lot 1: communal local cleaning services

Benefits involving janitorial services in municipal buildings. Some specific services will be executed in the form of a framework agreement pursuant to Article 78 to 80 of no2016-360 Decree of 25 March 2016. Annual Minimum: 6,000 euros HT and annual maximum: 12 000 euros (HT).

This service contract aims to have the cleaning of public roads and all urban areas coated or not the city of Charenton-Le-Pont, as well as the provision for the community, resources (personnel, logistical and organizational) relating to cleaning, on request thereof.The scope of service is defined by the plans attached to the contract. It includes all the channels of the municipal public domain and urban spaces and uncoated vegetated surfaces attached thereto including sidewalks, pavements, pedestrian areas, forecourts, cycle paths, car parks, squares, square, parks, gardens, squares, stairs and walkways except schoolyards. The contract includes a fixed part and a good command to part with a maximum. The contract period for the initial period is 48 months, renewable once 24 months, for a total period of 6 years.

This market includes: -An annual fee for regular benefits, and -of additional services and / or exceptional outside the package. These benefits will purchase order object with a maximum, or a maximum 240 000 euros for the initial period of 48 months. And for the renewal period is 24 months, the amount of additional and / or exceptional benefits is: maximum: 100 000 euros (HT). These benefits fall under the Framework Agreement single bidder to purchase orders. It is not intended batch decomposition because the object of the contract does not allow the identification of distinct benefits.
This consultation concerns only the lot # 4: Chemicals for the cleaning and disinfection of potable water tanks.
This is a framework agreement for purchase orders with minimum and maximum and a trader. Ht annual amounts are defined as follows:
Minimum: 4 000,00 euro (s)
Maximum: 30 000,00 euro (s)
The turnaround time for orders is left to the candidate without exceeding the ceiling next time however:
- Lot 4: 14 calendar days
the framework agreement is concluded for an initial period from the date of notification of December 31 2017.l'accord-frame may be extended for successive period of one year to a maximum of 3 years renewal.
