The contract for advisory and assistance on DoD Ejendomsstyrelses maintenance map material for intensively used areas at the Ministry of Defence Ejendomsstyrelses establishments. The supplier must include prepare object lists and continue to maintain map data, including the sale, addition and renovation of the Ministry of Defence Ejendomsstyrelses buildings and outdoor areas. The main task includes reconstruction in 3 stages.

- Stage C: Ward Building 3 South, 1st and 2nd bed floor, and slices of ambulatorieetagen.

EA is a department of Culture, Technical, Environment and Labour Administration (KTMA) that drives and maintains municipal buildings. The tasks are varied, but primarily include operating and maintenance tasks, and framework agreements must contribute by supporting Property Department's objective to create an optimal environment for building users, citizens and employees. Hvidovre Municipality intends to conclude framework agreements for operating and building maintenance in the following nine lots. - Lot 1, Electric works, including low voltage - Lot 2, Glazing works - Lot 3, Flooring Works, including linoleum and vinyl floors, sanding, refinishing wood floors - Lot 4, Sewer and liner, including a concrete worker and paving - Lot 5 , Painter Works - Lot 6, Bricklayers, including tile and tile work - Lot 7, plumbing and gasarbejder, including technical insulation and plumbing - Lot 8 Ventilation (establishment, replacement and repair tasks) - Lot 9, roofing contractors.
