The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the delivery of cleaning services for our premises in Vestfold and Telemark. 1 framework agreement will be signed with 1 tenderer per area.

The Contracting Authority wants to sign an agreement about the purchase of cleaning services for the premises/buildings in Vestfold and Telemark, Norway. A contract will be signed with 1 service provider.
This framework contract is for the provision of estates cleaning services to Yorkshire Housing properties. In order to achieve better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management, Yorkshire Housing have prepared a standard specification covering all service requirements that are to be delivered in a consistent manner to all Yorkshire Housing schemes included within this framework. The framework will comprise of 2 regional lots and Yorkshire Housing are looking to appoint 3 suppliers to each lot.
The individual lots will be awarded in full to the top ranked suppliers with the remaining 2 suppliers on each lot operating in a backup capacity should Yorkshire Housing wish to employ their services during the lifetime of the framework. Call-off details are outlined in the tender documents.

Tender for Providing Sweeping and Cleaning Services
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities,transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other non-personal services to perform cleaning services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
Ålesund kommunale Eiendom KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for contracts for cleaning services (total cleaning).
The contest is for contracts for total cleaning as well as additional orders (extra cleaning in addition to the regular assignments).
The procurement is for approx. 53 000 m
2of buildings, divided between schools, nurseries, welfare centre etc.
The contracting authority will sign a contract with one tenderer for the entire contest.
There will not be a tender meeting or joint site inspection during the notice period. All tenderers will be invited to make site inspections by themselves in weeks 6 and 7.
Personnel at the different locations have been informed that there will be site inspections during this period.
Tenderers must present valid ID showing what company the tenderer in question represents upon arrival.
Ålesund kommunale Eiendom KF (ÅKE) shall sign a contract for cleaning services for the defined buildings.
The assignment consists of the following:
— Regular cleaning;
— Regular additional services;
— Cleaning to order (ordered separately);
The Norwegian Standard NS-INSTA 800:2010 will form the basis for determining and judging the quality of the cleaning. The stipulated quality levels state what each cleaning object shall look like after cleaning.
We are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of window cleaning, guttering emptying and cleaning and associated external cleaning services and associated services for a period of 5 years and includes but is not limited to the undertaking of regular programmed cyclical visits and unplanned remedial visits to various locations to carry out window cleaning, guttering emptying and cleaning and associated external cleaning services and associated services. The maximum spend on this DPS is 5 000 000 GBP but please note that it is highly unlikely that this spend level will be reached as some of our Members have existing arrangements in place, some undertake work in-house, and there is no obligation on them to access this DPS for their requirements. Westward Housing intend to access the DPS shortly after it is awarded.
For contracts under 50 000 GBP.
For contracts over 50 000 GBP. This DPS category will be further sub-divided in accordance with the financial and economic standing requirements detailed in our Standard Questionnaire. In essence companies in this category will be able to bid for contracts whose annual value is lower than 50 % of the company's annual turnover. We have done it this way to maximise the opportunity for companies, rather than creating a multiplicity of value related categories.
