SBB is responsible for the preservation of the Gotthard Basistunnel from 1.6.2016; This also includes the cleaning of the tunnel and the underground access tunnels and secondary buildings. SBB AG has decided not to carry out the cleaning work with its own resources but to provide it to an external cleaning service provider.
This procedure provides the acquisition of cleaning services and maintenance materialized by the provision of an housekeeping pool with capacity of cleaning equipment engagement (scrubber, carts, products, etc.).
The Professional School Chur (GBC), an agency of the city of Chur, resulting in five school objects at four locations by the vocational education. The cleaning is carried out by an internal cleaning team headed by the house service. To clean the five objects an external service to be commissioned in January 2017th The external service provider takes over the cleaning staff of the GBC and leads and coordinates the future the area clean. The head of house service is the contact part of GBC for all matters concerning cleaning for the external service. The existing cleaning equipment and machines must be taken for consideration.
It will be awarded the following cleaning services:
- Maintenance cleaning;
- Window and store cleaning;
- Basic cleaning;
- Special cleaning needs.
Routine maintenance is awarded as a result-oriented cleaning. The evaluation of the cleaning result is based on the approach of "Qualitätsmesssytem for result-oriented cleaning services" of the German Association of the Building Cleaning Trade and is performed by the head of house service. The remaining cleaning services awarded as a performance-oriented cleaning and also spot-checking by the GBC.
