The presence of an official representative office or an authorized sales representative, supplier (dealer) in the Republic of Belarus to providewarranty service for warranty repair of equipment and to fulfill the post-warranty maintenance of the machine after the end of thewarranty period. VITEBSK WASTEWATER PROJECT
GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
 
Vitebsk City Unitary Industrial Enterprise of Water Supply and Sewer Services “Vitebskvodokanal” intends using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), grant from Northern Dimension Environmental Partnership (NDEP) and a grant from the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) to improve the quality of wastewater treatment in Vitebsk in line with international requirements, such as Helsinki Commission, efficient operation and maintaining of wastewater city network, and, also improving public health.  The proposed project, which has a total estimated budget of EUR 17 million, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services:
 
  1. Modernization of the biological treatment process at the wastewater treatment plant serving approximately 330 000 residents of Vitebsk and industries, including:
  • Detail design of the planned investments;
  • Construction and reconstruction of concrete and steel structures, and pipes;
  • Supply and installation of mechanical, electrical and automation equipment;
  • Commissioning of completed project.
 
  1. Purchase of combined suction and flushing vehicle with recycling system for cleaning wastewater pipes having inside diameter from 100 to 1100 mm.
 
  1. Purchase of closed-circuit television system for inspection of wastewater system with inside diameter from 50 to 1500mm.
 
Tendering for the above goods, works and services is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2015.
 
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the loans from the EBRD and grants from Sida and NDEP will be subject to the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country, with the exception of the contracts financed by NDEP where NDEP eligibility restrictions will apply.
 
The proceeds of the EBRD loan and grants from Sida and NDEP will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser's country.

INVITATION FOR TENDERS combined flushing and suction vehicle This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (www.ebrd.com ) on March 16, 2015. Vitebsk municipal communal unitary production enterprise of water and wastewater services UE “Vitebskvodokanal” hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser” intends to use part of the proceeds of a grant from the Northern Dimension Environmental Partnership (NDEP) towards the cost of the Vitebsk Wastewater Project. The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Suppliers for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the grant: Contract A1.d1. Procurement of combined flushing and suction vehicle. Quantity – one unit. Combined flushing and suction vehicle with high pressure flushing system, sewer suction and water recycling, for cleaning of sewer networks with inside diameter from 100 to 1 100 mm. Total gross vehicle mass shall be not less than 26 tons. Total volume of tank shall be not less than 11 m3. Capacity of high pressure pump shall be not less than 470 l/min, and working pressure not less than 150 bar. Related services for Contract A1.d1 shall include training of Purchaser’s personnel in Vitebsk. Estimated duration of implementation – 210 days from the Date of receipt by the Supplier of the Letter of Acceptance of the tender. Tendering for contracts that are to be financed with the proceeds of a grant from NDEP is open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the NDEP grant will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. INVITATION FOR TENDERS

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (www.ebrd.com ) on March 16, 2015.

Vitebsk municipal communal unitary production enterprise of water and wastewater services UE “Vitebskvodokanal” hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser” intends to use part of the proceeds of a grant from the Northern Dimension Environmental Partnership (NDEP) towards the cost of the Vitebsk Wastewater Project.

The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Suppliers for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the grant:

  • Contract A1.d1. Procurement of combined flushing and suction vehicle. Quantity – one unit.  Combined flushing and suction vehicle with high pressure flushing system, sewer suction and water recycling, for cleaning of sewer networks with inside diameter from 100 to 1 100 mm.  Total gross vehicle mass shall be not less than 26 tons.  Total volume of tank shall be not less than 11 m3.  Capacity of high pressure pump shall be not less than 470 l/min, and working pressure not less than 150 bar.  Related services for Contract A1.d1 shall include training of Purchaser’s personnel in Vitebsk.  Estimated duration of implementation – 210 days from the Date of receipt by the Supplier of the Letter of Acceptance of the tender.

 

Tendering for contracts that are to be financed with the proceeds of a grant from NDEP is open to firms from any country.  The proceeds of the NDEP grant will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.
