Fortum Power and Heat Oy is planning to build a flue gas scrubber type cleaning and heat recovery system to it's 180 MW (fuel) Power Plant in Joensuu, Finland. Power Plant uses biomass and peat as fuel. Purpose of the flue-gas cleaning and heat recovery system is primary to produce heat to the district heating network and secondary to Reduce sulfur dioxide and dust emissions. Delivery will be turn-key delivery up from the foundation Which is in Purchaser's scope.
