The Framework Agreement will supply Thames Water's (TW) Final Effluent Monitoring requirements of Analytical Instrumentation while also fulfilling maintenance requirements as deemed necessary. Contracts awarded under the Framework Agreements may be awarded directly by TW or by one of its approved contractors or an approved sub-contractor. The supplier will be expected to offer the same levels of service and commercial benefits to TW and its approved contractors and sub-contractors.
