The contract is for the supply of chemical reagents and small, consumable laboratory equipment (hereinafter referred to as the product / object of the contract) to carry out research activities through organizational units of the Medical University of Lublin, divided into 58 tasks (partial offer). A detailed description of the contract is contained in the Form price / Description of the contract attached as Annex 2 to the terms of reference. The warranty on the subject of the contract must comply with the manufacturer's warranty. Solutions equivalent: Used symbols and names are intended to determine the grade and quality of the product under contract and are designed to establish a standard product, but do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer. Under used the term "equivalent" means the delivery of products with the chemical composition, quality and usable identical or not worse as the products indicated in Annex 2 to the tender documents. XI Part C. Due to the uniqueness, uniqueness, strictly defined methodology of the projects, research and experiments contractor offering products equivalent to the products described in Annex 2 to the ToR, is obliged to: a) demonstrate that the products offered by him ( each to their own) meet the requirements described by the Purchaser, in particular, they are identical or no worse in terms of analytical characteristics as products indicated in Annex 2 to the ToR. b) demonstrate that the products offered by him (individually) meet the requirements to continue research Employer without the need for additional steps (procedures), including, for example. calibration. c) demonstrate that it does not give rise to costs caused by the need to purchase additional reagents and / or other consumables. d) assume responsibility for equipment damage resulting from the use of offered and delivered products equivalent, based on the opinion issued by the manufacturer's authorized service equipment. In case of doubt, the Employer attaching to a finding of equivalence of products in the offer submitted by the Contractor in relation to the requirements defined by the Employer, the obligation to confirm (prove) the equivalence of products offered in the complex offer (including the costs of any expert opinions) rests with the Contractor.
