The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Drum, NY is seeking multiple businesses willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for supplying chemicals under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 325199: All Other Basic Organic Chemical Manufacturing.  The small business size standard for this industry is 1,000 employees.
Supplies shall include but are not limited to the following:
0001	Muriatic Acid 32%, gallon bottle
0002	Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5%, 5 gallon carboy
0003	5 gallon carboy deposit
0004	Sodium Fluoride, 50lb bag
0005	Antifreeze, 55 gallon drum
Glycol, propylene, non-toxic, non-petroleum based
Burst protection to -100 Deg F
Freeze protection to -60 Deg F
Inhibited, for hot water heating systems
0006	55 Gallon drum deposit
0007	Antifreeze, 330 gallon tote
Glycol, propylene, non-toxic, non-petroleum based
Burst protection to -100 Deg F
Freeze protection to -60 Deg F
Inhibited, for hot water heating systems

0009	Jiffy Melt, 40lb container

Calls over the $3,000.00 will be paid through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). To register and access WAWF, go to https://wawf.eb.mil/.
BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years.  When establishing these BPAs the Government will consider:  Price; Socio-economic status; past performance, where past performance information exists; and technical capabilities.
As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 325199. This can be done by accessing the Internet at (www.ccr.gov) or calling 1-888-227-2423. Representations and certifications must also be on record through ORCA at www.orca.bpn.gov. These registrations are free.
