This consultation relates to the sampling and bacteriological analyzes (research Legionella pneumophila in hot water circuits) made on the premises of the Social Action Center of the City of Paris by an accredited laboratory according to requirements specified in CCTP and parts mentioned therein. These levies are intended to applying the following: - The order of 1 February 2010 on the monitoring of legionella in the production, storage and distribution of hot water and circular application. - The circular NoDGS / SD7A / DHOS / E4 / DGAS / SD2 / 2005/493 of 28 October 2005 on the prevention of the risk of legionella in social and medico-social accommodation for the elderly. You may be required occasionally, as part of this market further analysis of bacterial type, physico-chemical, metallographic etc ... likely to provide further information on health risks in cold and hot water systems. The benefits envisaged under this contract are to be made in the institutions under the Social Action Center of the City of Paris, located in the Ile De France, except for a property located in the department of Aisne (02) Benefits expected are: - hot water intake and bacteriological research and legionella pneumophila legionella with temperature reading; - Occasionally, other analyzes in light of information CAS-VP on the health of water systems of its facilities.
