The procedure to launch purpose is the supply of industrial chemicals for plants in the Metropolis of Lyon:
- Sewage treatment plants, rehabilitation and related structures of the sewerage system, managed by the management of water

smoke for the treatment plant of Pierre Benite and heat recovery center
urban waste Lyon Sud.
Supply of chemicals containing a maximum volume of 1000 L of the following: acid, sodas, bleach and other related products; ammonia water, urea and other related products.It includes the supply of liquefied chlorine bottles, a penalty of incident response and training on the use of chlorine and intervention leaky bottle.
The contract concerns the supply of products for water treatment
boiler feed, water closed cooling circuits and treated wastewater.
The registrant must propose exclusively to the SDMIS products classified as non-CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic). Candidates must attach a sample to their tender (see Art 7 of the RC). The contract to be concluded is a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of Article 4 of Ordinance 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public procurement and Articles 78-80 of Decree 2016 360 of 25.3. 2016 on public procurement. It is concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of notification. The order amounts for the duration of the framework agreement are estimated as follows: 70,000 EUR HT minimum and 250,000 EUR HT maximum. An advance will be granted under the conditions of Article 110 I and II of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. It shall be repaid in accordance with the provisions of Article 111 of the aforementioned Decree. In all cases, the holder may refuse to pay the fee.
Supply and delivery of industrial products (cleaning, multi-purpose degreasing cleaner, foam, lubricant, glue, detergent, dusting blower, deburrer ...) for the SDMIS.
The purpose of this contract is the provision of gloves (handling, electrical, chemical ...) qualified personal protective equipment or not.
Communication and press relations for the Chemical Valley.
Lot 1: deployment and coordination of the communication strategy of the Chemical Valley,
Lot 2: deployment and running of the press relations strategy of the Chemical Valley.
The Chemical Valley project has been engaged since 2015 on 4 priority intervention sites: Saint-Fons-Aulagne Feyzin Sub-Gournay, Pierre-Benite, Solaize / Vernaison. Economic, land and territorial transformation undertaken must be accompanied by a transformation of the image of the valley. With the approval of technological risk prevention plan in October 2016, it also becomes necessary to speak to thousands of people and hundreds of companies that will have to implement safeguards against technological risks.
