CEA LETI wishes to acquire a chemical processing equipment capable of handling the same time "batch" of 50 silicon wafers 100, 150 or 200mm in diameter, with the ability to switch plates with a diameter of to another very rapidly. The equipment will be used for cleaning materials III-V; GaAs, InP, InGaAs, GaN, AlGaN, etc ... it should be able to handle at least the following four chemistry in a process: Ozone, HF, HCl and NH4OH. The equipment will be installed in the white halls of CEA-LETI and will be used 24/24 - 7/7.
