As part of the preliminary design variants to be investigated: 1) renewal of three tunnels: The cross-section shall be expanded to the required level, so that among other things, a track distance of 4 m according to EBO can be ensured. The requirements of the EBA Guideline "Requirements for fire and catastrophe protection in the construction and operation of railway tunnels" are to be implemented. Technical Description of the Raman Spectrometer: ‘High Resolution Raman Spectrometer with Imagine Capability for Micro- and Macro- Measurement of Solid and Liquid Substances’ The Institute of Space Propulsion of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) intends to procure a physical measuring instrument for comprehensive characterization of solid and liquid phases in order to improve. The technical requirements are the following: — microbial wastewater analysis up to comprehensive characterization of materials and plastics with regular and messy structures or amorphous components, — qualitative chemical identification of solid phases (e. g. metals, oxides, alloys, ceramics) and molecular assemblies (e.g. in glasses), — detection and documentation of grain, phases and element distribution borders in crystalline, metallic and non-metallic materials (‘Mapping’) on micro- and macro-scales, — statement about quantitative amounts of present materials/assemblies, — Detection, documentation and quantification of arising effects of external physical or chemical impacts like embrittlement, doping agents, corrosion or oxidation. The materials to be examined can be given in form of particles, powders, (thin) layers or bulk material, — In case of aqueous or polymer containing solutions, the analysis focuses on the identification of dissolved organic and inorganic substances as well as on the identification of possible intramolecular interactions, — The results have to be analysed, visualized on a computer. Material areas that have been examined are imaged in 2D (e.g. element distribution) and possibly also in 3D (e.g. depth profiles). DLR operates at their test centre near Lampoldshausen, Germany, several facilities for the purpose of testing liquid chemical propellant rocket engines in the frame of civil European Space programs. One facility is testbench P8 with its test cells P8.1 and P8.2. The cryogenic supply systems work with high pressure. A new testcell P8.3 should be erected, whereby there will exist some interfaces to the old test cell infrastructure. This testcell works with low pressure supply systems. Therefore specific attention is required concerning the design of the cryogenic supply systems. Modifications, renewals and erections of test benches or parts of test benches are re-quested by DLR's customers or DLR itself. Such tasks require engineering activities in various technical fields, which follow a specific organizational and technical work-flow. This tender is only for the development of a preliminary design and project Management.

The Hessian Child Care Center (HKVZ) is an institution of the University Hospital Frankfurt, which is under the supervision of the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration (HMSI). It was located at the Hospital of Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt.

One of the four areas of the HKVZ is neonatal metabolic screening. The aim of this screening program is to detect newborns with treatable disorders of metabolism and hormone balance by means of various analyzes of dried blood before the onset of symptoms and to provide effective therapy. In addition to the clinical-chemical quality of measurement and the range of detectable diseases, early screening and consistent tracking to diagnose conspicuous findings and initiate therapy are critical to the success of such a population-based health program.
