The purpose of the Canberra ARFF Station Upgrade Project is to provide upgraded and improved accommodation for the fire station to enable an improved level of service to industry and workplace conditions for station staff.
To achieve the stated aim of upgrading the facilities at Canberra ARFF Station, under this RFT, Airservices will be seeking a Head Design and Construct (D&C) Contractor to carry out the following works (Note - full details on the requirements will be included with the RFT once it is published to AusTender):

In addition to Tenders that are compliant with the requirements of the RFT, Airservices is also seeking alternative proposals to investigate cost effective and innovative solutions, methodologies and approaches toward supplying the Requirement. Accordingly, Tenderers are encouraged to lodge a proposal with alternative approaches to, or solutions for, the supply of the Requirement provided that the Tenderer also lodges a Tender that complies with the Requirement.
