The assignment concerns:
a) Exploitation of HG catering facilities. Catering facilities are understood; countercatering and (let) arrange meeting service, banqueting and customization.
b) Provide a competitive offer of (third party) catering services by third parties at HG's locations and areas on which the Contractor has direct and final responsibility. At least the following locations must be served by a third party:
- Grand Café Zernikeplein 7;
- Leeskafé Zernikeplein 7;
- Take away Zernikeplein 11, ground floor;
- Issue point Wiebenga, 1st floor;
- Jazzcafé Prince Claus Conservatory;
- Provisions with temporary, rolling completion (pop ups, foodtruck, etc.)
c) Provide a competitive offer of third parties to meeting services, banqueting and customization in which the Contractor has direct and final responsibility.

The HG is looking for the most suitable supplier in catering facilities. Annually, approximately 3 000 000 EUR to 4 000 000 EUR for catering services are taken by HG, students, staff and guests. (please note that no rights can be derived from this).
The assignment concerns:
