Fredrikstad kommune wants to collaborate with municipalities in Østfold on a framework agreement for the purchase of food products. The following municipalities [kommune] are entering into a procurement cooperation (hereafter called the Contracting Authority).

Contracting Authorities:

Fredrikstad kommune and Hvaler kommune

— Sarpsborg kommune

— Halden kommune

— Moss kommune and Rygge kommune

— Råde kommune

— Våler kommune

The procurement is divided into the following groups, with the following communities are included:

i.a. Groceries (Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Moss, Rygge, Råde, Våler, Halden)

b1 Liquid dairy products (Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Moss, Rygge, Råde, Våler)

b2 Full-fat milk, mini tank 200L (Fredrikstad)

c. Fresh meat and meat products (Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Moss, Rygge, Råde, Våler, Sarpsborg)

d. Fresh fish and seafood (Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Moss, Rygge, Halden, Sarpsborg)

The Contracting Authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for entering into a framework agreement concerning the purchase of groceries. It is primarily groceries in bulk packaging that is requested.

The framework agreement comprises the purchase of deep frozen fish and meat, deep frozen and fresh ready made food, deep frozen fruit and vegetables, coffee, tea, condiments, butter, margarine, fat, cheese, deep frozen and long-life baked goods, baked goods, eggs, dairy products, cordial, sauces and broth, supper, deserts, canned goods, ice-cream and deep frozen desserts, non-chilled juice/nectar, chocolate and sugar goods, dressings and oils, cured goods, cooked meats [cold cuts] and pâtés, dinners and accessories, fresh poultry, fish products/delicacies, herbs and spices, 1.5 litre soft drinks, pasta products, rice products, et, primarily in bulk packaging.

The framework agreement shall at all times cover the Contracting Authority's applicable need for such products.

The Contracting Authority's kitchen and catering businesses (central kitchen, service kitchen at nursing homes/institutions and canteens) will be the primary users of this framework agreement, but delivery shall be made to all of the Contracting Authority's organisations as requested. See Annex 9 for information about the Contracting Authority's delivery locations and estimated frequency of delivery.

The framework agreement to be signed will be ‘non exclusive’ as the Contracting Authority shall enter into framework agreements on internet based staple products and these can deliver the same products. The framework agreement for internet based staple products is intended for organisations that have a need for small orders, broken packages and quick delivery.

The Contracting Authority will enter into framework agreements in multiple food groups and it may occur that some products in this agreement are available in multiple agreements, it is the ordering party who decides where the purchase will occur.

Fredrikstad kommune has framework agreements for office supplies, where coffee and tea are part of the product range, it is assumed that Fredrikstad kommune also will purchase coffee and tea on the framework agreements for office supplies.

Halden kommune has framework agreements that include solid dairy products, it is assumed that Halden kommune will purchase cheese, butter and other solid dairy products on their framework agreement for solid and liquid dairy products

The Contracting Authority retains the right to undertake purchasing outside of the agreement when the objective is education, work training, and/or other special needs of the Contracting Authority.

The Contracting Authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition on entering into a framework agreement regarding the purchase of liquid dairy products. The framework agreement includes the purchase of milk, cream, yoghurt, sour cream, creme fraiche, chilled juice, porridge, iced coffee, iced tea etc., primarily in bulk packaging.

The framework agreement shall at all times cover the Contracting Authority's applicable need for such products.

School milk is not part of this agreement as this is primarily handled by parents themselves through skolemelk.no.

The Contracting Authority's kitchen and catering businesses (central kitchen, service kitchen at nursing homes/institutions and canteens) as well as nursery schools and Before and After School Care will be the primary users of this framework agreement, but delivery is to be made to all of the Contracting Authority's organisations as requested. See Annex 9 for information about the Contracting Authority's delivery locations and estimated frequency of delivery.

The framework agreement to be signed will be ‘non exclusive’ as the Contracting Authority shall enter into framework agreements on internet based staple products and these can deliver the same products. The framework agreement for internet based staple products is intended for organisations that have a need for small orders, broken packages and quick delivery.

The Contracting Authority retains the right to undertake purchasing outside of the agreement when the objective is education, work training and/or other special needs of the Contracting Authority.

The Contracting Authority hereby invites tenderers to a tender competition for entry into a framework agreement regarding the purchase of full-fat milk in 200 litres mini tanks.

The framework agreement shall at all times cover the Contracting Authority's applicable need for such products.

The Contracting Authority's central kitchen is the only user of these products.

The Contracting Authority hereby invites tenderers to a tender contest on a framework agreement regarding the purchase of fresh meat and meat products. The framework agreement comprises the purchase of fresh meat products such as bacon, sausage meat products, prepared meat products, lam. Sausages, toppings, cattle/ox/calves, pork and game etc.

The framework agreement shall at all times cover the Contracting Authority's applicable need for such products.

The Contracting Authority's kitchen and catering businesses (central kitchen, service kitchen at nursing homes/institutions and canteens) will be the primary users of this framework agreement, but delivery shall be made to all of the Contracting Authority's organisations as requested.
