The subject of the public contract is to provide catering services for patients and staff Francis Hospital. Place of performance is Francis Hospital, dining and facilities to prepare a hot meal on the ground floor hospital at Na Františku 847/8, Prague 1. Justification effectiveness according to § 86 par. 2 of Act no. 137/2006 Coll. 1) Decree no. 232/2012 Coll., § 1 point. a) Description of requirements to be fulfilled by meeting procurement: The subject of the public contract is to provide catering services at the required quality and quantity of Na Francis Hospital. Sponsor assumes consumption of 944 thousand. ks meals for four years, and the current breakdown (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, second dinner. The sponsor is a medical facility providing patient within the hospital catering services, as well as providing its employees without their security can not contracting these services. The planned completion date is November tender 2015. The planned date of the project is from January 1, 2016. The contract will be concluded for a period of 4 years. 2) Decree no. 232/2012 Coll., § 1 point. b) The subject of procurement is to provide catering services for patients and hospital staff. 3) Decree no. 232/2012 Coll., § 1 point. c) A description of the relationship between the subject contract and the client's needs: Currently, services are provided by employees of the contractor, and not in areas that urgently needs contracting partially used to provide other essential services for the hospital. At the same time, the existing services are provided on outdated technology, and soon it would mean for contracting an extensive investment. Thus, the aim will be contracting with the supplier of these complex catering services for their security. 4) Decree no. 232/2012 Coll., § 1 point. d) Expected date of fulfillment of the public contract start date of the public procurement can be expected from January 1, 2016. The contract will be concluded for a definite period to 48 months.
