Market having appropriate procedure for organizing the year-end festivities object for seniors over 65 years in the city of Yerres, 3, 4, 5 and 06/12/2015. The contract comprises 3 lots: - lot 1: preparation and delivery of products and services catering for dinner year-end. Contractors must provide 3 different types of menus depending on the number of dishes (retail menus in the tender documents): from aperitif to dessert, (the Norman hole is proscribed), drinks, including coffee and champagne or sparkling wine or sparkling wine. The dishes will be tasted during the bid analysis and tasting will be rated. The benefit will be paid based on the schedule of unit prices. - Lot 2: musical entertainment during dinner from 12:00 to 16:00: Home of retirees, musical entertainment and dancing between courses. The benefit will be paid on the basis of an overall price. - Lot 3: show with participation of retired offered from 16:30: in 2 parts half hour each with an interval between the two sides of quarter of an hour. The benefit will be paid on the basis of an overall price.
