This procedure aims to ensure preventive maintenance services (maintenance visits) and remedial (troubleshooting visits with or without spare parts replacement) cooking appliances, temperature maintenance of appliances, dishwasher and devices for professional laundry and degreasing hoods and cleaning of ventilation systems present in the catering areas.

The contract is for preventive maintenance and corrective benefits of cooking appliances in kitchens of various municipal buildings in the city of Toulon.

The HOLDER market will provide all the necessary parts to repair or maintenance of the devices listed in the Installed Devices list (Annex 1 of the CCTP of Lot 1) regardless of the brand of equipment.

Limit OF Benefit

After the warranty period, the unit will be integrated into the market.

Delivery deadline:

After the warranty period, the unit will be integrated into the market.

preventive and corrective maintenance of extraction hoods + air handling units with the following facilities: -Hottes extraction flue gas and vapor hoods cuisson.-located laundry facilities intended solely for the extraction of buées.-installations contribution of new air: air handling units (CTA) in catering areas collective.- own stale air extraction facilities with dining areas (Voltaire College and the School of Elementary Suve Bridge) .The HOLDER market shall provide all necessary parts for the repair or maintenance of the devices listed in the installed devices list (Annex 1 of the CCTP of lot 4) regardless of the brand of these appareils.limite oF Benefit

The other local facilities distributing the kitchen and / or dining hall are not the subject of this market (see Article 1-1 of the CCTP).
