it comes to the management and operation of the catering service administrative staff restaurant at the hotel the department of Herault on the site of alco, located 1000 alco street in Montpellier. This management involves two distinct categories of activities: - main business purposes, the service provider must provide on-site at these local supplies of food, storage, preparation and distribution of meals, cleaning and maintenance materials and facilities provided, receipt of meals for staff of the General Council and the staff of external organizations bound by convention to the General Council. Indication during the year 2014, 115,294 meals were served. - As a secondary activity, the service provider must ensure distribution in this cold food restaurant fast food takeaway by county agents, and can provide additional services catering for ancillary habitual users with the permission of social welfare service for staff. Indication in 2014 were distributed 3,495 cold dishes. The provider agrees in general to perform all the services required for the proper functioning of the community kitchens and their annexes, as well as catering services for staff of the General Council of Hérault. The provider shall not use for purposes other local made available for the implementation of services defined in this market. The use of premises, equipment and furniture of the restaurant and cafeteria, the restaurateur, will be free of charge.
