The provision is broken down as follows:
Lot 1: Restaurant Management GANIL (about 64 000 meals over the year)
Supply, preparation and distribution of breakfast, meals, sandwiches and cleaning of premises.
Maintenance of kitchen equipment
Lot 2: Managing the guest house (hotel service (reservation management), procurement, maintenance) for 36 single and 2 double bedrooms (2 500 nights per year).
GANIL reserves the right to award all the above mentioned items to one bidder or each batch to a different bidder.
